What is Ausbildung Programme?

Ausbildung is a three year vocational training course, where you earn while studying and working simultaneously. Usually, you will work four days a week, and one day is school.Or you will work in blocks for few months, and then few months school, depending on the schedule. Monthly trainee salary starts from €1000 in the first year and increases in the second and third year up to €1500. Once you successfully finish the three years, employment in the same company will be guaranteed. Fields for Ausbildung are construction, early childhood education, logistics etc. Employment afterwards is guaranteed with attractive salaries, pension security, health insurance benefits, work-life-balance and much more.
